Orthopedic Massage Therapy

Orthopedic Massage Therapy (OMT) is an advanced deep tissue/sports massage. This treatment releases complicated pain from sports, accidents, or work injuries. A combination of bodywork modalities is used to help the individual return to a pain-free, active lifestyle. The goal is to address musculo-skeletal disorders by dissolving adhesions, normalizing soft tissue, and releasing scar tissue, thereby increasing mobility. The source of the problem is addressed, eliminating symptoms and allowing permanent structural changes.

Orthopedic Massage Therapy (OMT) can help symptoms such as:

  • Sports and work injuries
  • Orthopedic issues
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Chronic headache
  • Jaw pain, TMJ dysfunction
  • Neck and back pain
  • Shoulder related pain
