Dear friend,

Happy New Year! I hope that you had a good holiday season with your loved ones. As the New Year has started I would sincerely like to invite you to join me in a loving circle of friendship to unwind, de-stress, rejuvenate, and be supportive to one another. During this workshop together we will connect with our inner selves experiencing peace and calmness through the art of meditation, mindfulness movements, breathing, and letting go with sacred healing sounds. During lunch, we will learn to eat in silence and appreciate the universal energies in the earth, the clouds and the cosmos that have created our meals. This event is good for practitioners of all levels. It's the opportunity for us to rediscover the healing power in us at a deeper level. The details of the event are as follows:

Suggested Donation: Early registration by 1/13: $50.00. Walk in: $60.00. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please feel free to donate what you can. Half of all proceeds will be donated to the Seaside Health Ministry Orphanage Program.

What to Bring: Please dress comfortably; bring lunch, drinking water, Yoga mat (and blanket or pillow) for floor activities. Some people might experience allergic reactions to certain products. Please refrain from wearing scented perfumes, etc. during the event.
